Eastgate Centre Multi-Story
One of the largest floor sawing contracts ever to be undertaken in Scotland is currently taking place at the Eastgate Centre multi-story car park in Inverness. The work involves the removal of the top 65 mm of the concrete floor in preparation for a new layer of structural concrete to be applied. The floor saw is being used to make 65 mm deep grooves in the surface at 60 mm intervals, thus enabling the concrete to be more easily broken out.
