Corecut Awarded NQA ISO 14001 Certificate of Registration

Corecut are delighted to announce that they have been awarded an ISO 14001 NQA Certification in recognition of the Company’s constant dedication to, and outstanding record of achievement in its Environmental Management Systems (EMS). The ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems.

The Certification is applicable to Corecut’s provision of concrete drilling, sawing, structure related services and controlled demolition activities.

Commenting on the award, Corecut Managing Director Finlay Crocker said: “A great achievement for the employees of the organisation which further demonstrates the inherent strength of Corecut and the on-going desire to actively take the company forwards.”

The certification process involves two mandatory visits from NQA. The first visit is to confirm the readiness of the organisation for full assessment. The second visit is to confirm that the quality management system fully conforms to the requirements of ISO 14001 in practice.

After certification has been granted NQA performs a program of annual surveillance to ensure that the standards are being up kept. NQA also perform three yearly re-certification audits.
