Ultra high pressure water jetting is frequently specified as the preferred method of concrete removal on many contracts. Water jetting is the most cost effective and safe method of the removal of defective concrete which does not damage the existing reinforcement. The result is a clean surface with excellent profile for bonding. Due to the non percussive nature of the operation, there is no likelihood of any further damage to the surrounding structure by stress cracking.
